I’ve encountered numerous small business owners who were afraid of choosing an “ideal customer” at the exclusion of others. So many people are afraid of losing business, and I get that too.
However, David speaks to his own experience of focusing on the industry he came out of. He leveraged his experience coming out of the railroad industry, and became very successful as a result.
This video is shorter than previous ones, but the lessons included are worth their weight in gold.
